*General Manager - Job Summary*
We are hiring General Managers to run one location for fast casual concept.
*Please only apply if you have stable work history, significant experience in fast casual dining, and previous leadership experience.
* Previous leadership/management experience is required.
We are looking for awesome, positive, friendly, motivated, hard workers with management and leadership skills to keep a crew motivated and on point! General Manager Responsibilities and Duties take responsibility for all aspects of business:
- Sales- profitability- scheduling- labor cost control- hiring - training
-Quality of Service- customer satisfaction - team building a MUST- inventory management
Qualifications and Skills:
-Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, dependable and punctual
- Must be detail oriented, experience building and leading a team (prior management experience required)
-Must be focused and task-oriented, be a great leader, able to delegate responsibilities and ensure accuracy
*General Manager Benefits*
-Competitive Pay $40,000 - $55,000 starting base pay: Bi-Annual bonus based off performance.
-Salary + Performance bonus (not included in salary listing above).
This can make it a very competitive executive roll!
- Advancement Opportunities - This role begins as a GM over 1 location and within 3 years we will have 4-6 additional locations.
If it makes sense this could turn into a DM role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.
