Parts Manager

Parts Manager $65 - $75k based on experience Monday - Friday, and some Saturdays, some travel with occasional overnights Are you adaptable, love helping people, provide superior leadership and direction? This opportunity to work with a family-owned heavy-duty truck dealer in Sioux City that has been in business for more than 60 years may be for you! As a Parts Manager, you will direct, coordinate, and evaluate the overall direction of the department and its employees.
You will be responsible for running a profitable and efficient department while inspiring, motivating, and encouraging the team to reach desired outcomes.

Responsibilities: Supervise operations in the parts department Research new products and maintain up-to-date product offerings Address concerns Understand, oversee inventory; merchandise inventory to meet sales and profit goals Analyze complex business problems and initiate multifaceted solutions Interview, hire, train, and motivate Interpret financial statements and apply the analysis to operations Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet companies insurability requirements Traveling with occasional overnights, on-call 5 years’ experience in heavy-duty truck parts is required Develop and motivate a team of 20 plus employees Strong attention to detail and organization skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Compensation and Benefits: $65 - $75k based on experience Company benefits once hired: health, dental, life, short and long-term disability, 401k Company benefits once hired: PTO & paid holidays For more information, call or stop by our office today.
