Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all day to day operations of the hotel and making sure all company standards are being upheld.
* Ensure implementation of the brand standards.

* Create a positive work environment which promotes teamwork, performance feedback, thorough training, and developing team members.
* Hire, train, monitor, lead, and discipline all employees.
* Achieve hotel profitability and set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals in conjunction with the General Manager.
* Work with the General Manager on expenses, direct bills, A/R, A/P, audits, deposits, and any other monthly accounting responsibilities.
* Oversee all housekeeping duties and make sure all guest rooms and public spaces are properly cleaned, maintained, and organized.
* Order all supplies for the breakfast area, office, housekeeping, marketplace and any other operating supplies needed to operate the hotel.
* Control and monitor inventory.
Minimum 1 time/month.
* Promote and market property to prospective customers and potential businesses.
* Perform sales and marketing strategies to produce both short-term and long-term goals.
* Deal with customer complaints, suggestions, or concerns.
* Supervising all maintenance, repairs, and any updates that need to be addressed in the hotel or on the property.
* Meet and greet customers at all times and provide EXCELLENT customer service.
* Make sure all events run smoothly, create room blocks, and maintain all group blocks until the release date.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and vendors
